Biography

Dave Atteberry, MD, joined the faculty at the University of Pittsburgh Department of Neurological Surgery on July 1, 2008 after completing the department's seven-year residency program. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California, majoring in biomedical engineering, and received his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.

Dr. Atteberry is the principal investigator and received Copeland Grant funding for a research project using novel techniques to search for serum markers for gliomas.

Dr. Atteberry is a native of Fresno, CA.
